We want you to love your jewelry — but if it's not quite right, we offer a simple return process.

 

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

-The jewelry is unworn, unopened, and in its original packaging

-All tags, pouches, and boxes are intact

-The item shows no signs of wear or damage

To initiate a return, please contact us at "info@shaoyangchan.com" with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. Return shipping is covered by us.

 

Free Returns- United States, Canada & Taiwan

We offer Free Return Shipping for orders delivered to:

-United States

-Canada

-Taiwan

To request a prepaid return label, please email us at info@shaoyangchan.com within 14 days of delivery.

 

Returns from other countries

We accept international returns, but customers outside of United States, Canada & Taiwan are responsible for return shipping costs.

-Use a trackable shipping method to ensure safe return

-Items must be returned in original condition and packaging

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

 

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll take care of everything, including replacement or full refund, with no return shipping cost to you.

- Items returned after the 14-day period
